WHERE WE SHIP

SURRENDER currently ships within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This timeframe is provisional and may be updated as fulfilment is finalised.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. There is no free-shipping threshold at this time.

TRACKING

A tracking number is provided once the order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes can only be made before an order has shipped. Once an order has shipped it cannot be redirected.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for replacement.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Carrier delivery windows are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is not available at launch.
